Services and Deliverables

Deliverable Types.
Four Engagement Groups.

The same analytical building blocks recur across client categories, packaged differently for each audience. Indicative values reflect per-engagement pricing; the same underlying output — a CCM cascade model, for example — can become a decom-contractor sequencing note, an operator export-route risk note, or a PE infrastructure-fund valuation input with minimal rework.

Assessment & Scoring

01
Field-Level CoP Probability Assessment
Cox PH primary model (V15.5.1), field-by-field survival probability table at 1/2/3/5-year horizons, with an "earlier than plan" flag column. The most reusable building block — underpins at least four other deliverables across both engagement tiers.
02
Operator Distress Scoring (CDS)
Composite Distress Score from Companies House statutory accounts — cash-flow volatility, debt-service coverage, asset obsolescence, regulatory indemnity risk, and decommissioning liability exposure, with peer-percentile positioning. Fixed-price single deliverable.
03
Cascade / Sequencing Analysis
CCM cascade model applied to a named infrastructure system — throughput trajectory chart, satellite-field cascade table with predicted follow-on CoP years, and sensitivity note under price/EPL scenario variation.
04
Forward Pipeline / Watchlist
CDS ranking combined with CoP probability by 1/2/3/5-year windows — ranked watchlist of operators/assets most likely to be next, with commentary on archetype resemblance to the 2024 CoP cohort.

Liability & Diligence

05
Section 29 / Back-Chain Liability Mapping
ARO-stripping signal analysis and chain-of-title mapping for a multi-owner asset — ownership map of prior owners with potential resurrected liability, per-owner crystallisation probability and timing, ranked summary for a creditor committee.
06
ARO / Decommissioning-Liability Adequacy Review
ARO-to-PP&E benchmarking and SAM recalibration applied to a portfolio — CoP probability table for the full target portfolio, under-provisioned asset flags, distress score summary with peer benchmarking. Highest single-engagement value in the catalogue.
07
Expert Witness / Formal Opinion
Field-specific Cox PH survival curve and EPL hazard decomposition as expert-opinion basis, written as an expert-report exhibit. CPR Part 35-compliant format, drawing on the Cox PH model, V15.5.1 panel, and recent precedent judgments.

Decision Support

08
Bid / RFP Evaluation Support
Independent review of decommissioning contractor bids against NSTA Decommissioning Cost & Performance benchmarks and CCM-predicted sequencing logic — scoring matrix, written evaluation report, and board debrief. Priced per RFP cycle.
09
Decision / Sequencing Matrix for Own Portfolio
Cox PH model applied to an operator's own field portfolio, with SAM/ARO adequacy check — Q1–Q4 decision matrix per field, S1/S2/S3 scenario context, board briefing pack suitable for a Section 29 consent narrative.
10
NPV / Scenario Sensitivity Analysis
Field-level survival probability under delayed-development scenarios — NPV sensitivity table for 18- vs 24-month consent delays, with a viable/non-viable threshold flag under S1/S2/S3 fiscal conditions.

Engagement Models

11
Embedded / Fractional Advisory Engagement
Ongoing fractional strategic advisory — board paper drafting and review, investor/lender communications support, ad hoc Cox PH/CCM/CDS/SAM analysis as issues arise. The primary route to a recurring relationship rather than a one-off project.
12
Acquisition-Cycle Vulnerability Assessment
Extension of the CDS framework with a temporal/ownership-cycle dimension (years_past_design_hz, WP4 V15.6.0 Recurring Pattern Briefing) — years-since-acquisition vs typical holding-period gap analysis, board-level risk metric memo. Speculative product, no client precedent yet.
13
Research / Thought-Leadership Contribution
V15.5.1 headline findings, ITS EPL causal-identification work, SSRN preprint and Energy Voice contributions, carbon/policy arithmetic (CARB-01/02/03) — basin-wide research notes for industry and policy audiences. Year 1 as a contribution; commissioned annually thereafter.
